At SWEETS BY SVEA, we strive to ensure that you feel secure and satisfied with your purchase.
Exchanges and Incorrect Products
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We offer a free replacement product or a full refund, based on your preference. Sweets By Svea has the right to swich brand to give customer the same type of product.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
All products with a best before date are not eligible for returns, including:
- Custom orders and personalized items
- Hygiene products and food items, due to health and best before date.
Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Unclaimed Packages
If you fail to collect your package within the designated timeframe (usually 7 days) and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 75 EUR. This fee covers the processing of your returned package and any re-shipping costs.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please check the following:

- Contact Your Card Issuer or Bank: Some banks may have longer processing times for refunds.

IMPORTANT READ Duties/Taxes
Regarding customs regulations and taxes for the country you wish to order to. Any fees, such as customs duties and taxes, will be paid by the recipient in your own country, and you have your own responsibility as a customer.
Sweetsbysvea.com disclaims all responsibility from the possibility of solving or sending replacement goods if the goods have been seized in customs.
Therefore, it is your final customer/buyer who is liable to pay taxes and customs duties and to keep an eye on any rules regarding this in your country according to their regulations.
Sending back products because of taxes is not acceptable, we will not pay back for products or shipping fees.
If customer do not take out there packages the customs will destroy it and for that takeout a demolition fee.
IMPORTANT READ Out of stock products
Regarding products that is out of stock, we will always ship orders even if some of the products are not available. We will of course refund for the missing items. No orders gets cancelled because of missing products.
REMOTE AREA sparsely populated area, a rural area
If your address is in a remote area or sparsely populated/rural Area we will contact you for a price change. Sweets By Svea can in that case cancel the order and pay back the amount to customer. If you now that you live in an Area like this contact us before ordering for a price request.
