1. Ordering and Product Information

How do I know if a product is in stock?
We regularly update stock availability on our website. If a product is out of stock, it will be indicated on the product page, and we do our best to restock popular items quickly. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to assist with modifications. Please contact us as soon as possible via email, phone, or live chat.

How do I find the right product for my needs?
Each product has a detailed description and specifications to help you make an informed decision. If you need additional advice, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.


2. Delivery and Shipping

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over 99,95 €. For orders below this amount se shipping details.

How long is the delivery time?
Our total delivery time is usually 1–3 business days (including 1 day for processing). If the delivery takes longer than expected, we will inform you of any delays.

How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order through our website. Contact our customer service if you need further assistance.

What happens if I do not pick up my package?
If you do not collect your package within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge a fee of 50 EUR to cover handling costs.


3. Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?
To return a product, contact our customer service via email or live chat to initiate the return process. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. A return fee of 10 EUR applies for change-of-mind returns.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14–21 business days. You will be notified via email when the refund is completed.

Which products cannot be returned?
Custom-made items, personalized products, and hygiene-related items that have been opened are not eligible for return. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.


4. Payment and Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Revolut and Maestro through our payment provider, Revolut Payments.

Are my payment details secure?
Yes, your payment security is our priority. All payments are processed via Revolut, which is PCI-DSS certified for secure and encrypted data handling. Read more in our Payment Security Policy.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer split payments using multiple payment methods for a single order. If you wish to use different payment options, we recommend placing separate orders.

How can I leave a review for a product?
If you have purchased a product from us, you can leave a review directly on the product page. All reviews are moderated before publication to ensure compliance with our Review and Feedback Policy.

What should I do if I have an issue with a product?

Can I update or delete my review?
