Mini Rut Brungräddat from Leksands Knackebrod is baked according to the old family recipe using only natural ingredients: locally grown whole grain rye and water from their own spring. The dough is pressed with a special rolling pin to create its checkered pattern. Additionally, it’s baked slightly longer for a darker color and a richer flavor. Genuine enjoyment since 1817.
