Prezzo Medium Roast is a coarsely ground coffee tailored for French press or percolators. Its elegant flavor is a well-balanced composition of round, fruity acidity and pleasant sweetness.

Brewing & Storage Tips:

Recommended for percolators, French press, AeroPress, or pour-over/drip coffee methods such as Chemex. The grind size for French press coffee is coarser than for drip coffee but finer than for boiled coffee. The French press is ideal for smaller servings, as standard household coffee makers may not provide sufficient brewing time for 2-3 cups. To extract the fine aromas, brew for 4 minutes at a water temperature of 92–96°C.

Store coffee in a dry, cool, and dark place in its original sealed packaging. Consume an opened pack within 10–14 days. Avoid exposing coffee to oxygen, light, or moisture, which can damage the flavor.

Sustainability:

The packaging uses a thin aroma-preserving plastic protected by a paper outer layer, made with renewable materials. Sort the paper as paper waste, the plastic as plastic waste, and coffee grounds and filters as compostable food waste.
