Created in 1987, Johnny’s signature mustard has been produced with pride in the mustard factory in Eslöv, Sweden, known for its distinctive character and rich heritage.

Perfect for: Christmas buffets, glazing pork ribs, cheese boards, vegetable dishes like roasted celery root or oven-baked celeriac, and especially for coating and roasting (gratinating) Christmas ham.

Tip for gratinating (Christmas ham): Mix 1 egg yolk with a generous amount of Johnny’s Christmas Mustard, spread over the ham, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and roast in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
