Kungsörnen Rye Flour Coarsely Milled is made from Swedish fields and milled in our own mills. It contains 100% wholegrain, making it perfect for baking hearty breads such as crispbread. The flour is also ideal for making sourdough, scalded rye bread, or rye porridge. When mixed with Kungsörnen Wheat Flour or Wheat Flour Special, it creates a dark bread with a robust rye flavor.
