Kungsörnen's Sponge Cake from Lantmannen is a delightfully soft classic. Bake and enjoy it as is, or customize it with your favorite additions. You can easily make this mix your own by adding cardamom, raspberries, or even cocoa to create a marble cake! Each package makes 14 slices of sponge cake. Simply add 50 g of butter (or your preferred fat) and 2.25 dl of water to the sponge cake mix, then bake at 175°C for about 45 minutes. With Kungsörnen cake mixes, anyone can bake!
