Kungsörnen's Tosca Cake from Lantmännen offers a delightfully moist cake with a crunchy almond topping. This fantastically soft cake, with flavors of caramel and real almonds, is perfect on its own or served with lightly whipped cream. The Tosca Cake serves 14 slices and is easy to prepare! Simply add 50 g of butter (or preferred fat) and 1 ¾ dl of water. Bake for about 25 minutes on the lower rack of the oven at 175°C. Remove the cake, increase the oven temperature to 200°C, pour the Tosca glaze over the cake, and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown. This mix is perfect to keep at home for any occasion!
