Wheat flour, water, sifted rye flour, syrup, whole grain wheat flour*, chopped whole grain rye*, sourdough (whole grain rye* and wheat), wheat gluten, scalded wheat flour, rapeseed oil, wheat germ, malted barley, yeast, salt, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).
Content of wheat and rye: 68%.
